Nicole is passionate about furthering her education and continues to advance her skills by taking a number of post graduate courses such as; acupuncture, manual therapy (mulligan), kinesiology taping, TMJ/TMD disorders, specialized post concussions management and “return to play” (sport, work, life). Her long-term goals are to specialize in McKenzie technique, which is proven to alleviate a number of spinal and other joint related injuries.
Nicole enjoys sports and physical activity. After hanging up her rugby cleats, she stayed involved by volunteering as the team therapist for the Dalhousie University men’s team for 3 years. She now enjoys hiking with her dog and long distance running. Nicole is looking forward to keeping our community moving.
