Nicole is passionate about furthering her education and continues to advance her skills by taking a number of post graduate courses such as: acupuncture, manual therapy, the Mulligan Concept Courses, kinesiology therapeutic taping, TMJ/TMD disorders, specialized post concussions management and “return to play” (sport, work, life). She is also trained in the McKenzie Method and has completed Levels A, B, and C. Her long-term goal is to specialize in Pelvic Floor conditions.

Nicole enjoys sports and physical activity. After hanging up her rugby cleats, she stayed involved by volunteering as the team therapist for the Dalhousie University men’s team for 3 years. She now enjoys hiking with her dog, cycling, hockey and long-distance running. Nicole is looking forward to keeping our community moving.
